In plain words: be honest, be respectful, and remember that buying and delivery stay between you and the brand.
What Qareebify is
Qareebify is a local listings directory for Bahria Town Phase 7 and Phase 8, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, operated by Qawex Solutions. It helps you find nearby verified brands and place orders directly with them. Qareebify is an introduction service, not a shop, a payment processor or a delivery company.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity on your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up. One person, one account: duplicate accounts created to review your own business or to manipulate rankings will be removed.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, it goes directly to the brand. Payment is settled between you and the brand on their terms. Qareebify never holds your money and cannot issue refunds. The order status shown on Qareebify is what the brand has reported.
Reviews
Only a buyer with a delivered order can review a brand, and each order earns one review. Reviews must reflect a real experience. Brands may reply once in public but cannot edit, hide or delete reviews. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive or paid for.
Rules for brands
Brands must provide genuine business and licence details, keep their listings accurate, and fulfil the orders they accept. Verification is done by our team and can be withdrawn if details expire or prove false. Paid packages change visibility boosts only; they never buy a better trust score or remove honest reviews.
Communities
Community posts and events are written by members. Be respectful, stay on topic, and follow each community's rules. Owners and moderators can remove posts and events, and we can remove communities that are used for spam or abuse.
What we are not responsible for
The quality, safety, pricing and delivery of anything you buy are the brand's responsibility. Information about public places such as parks, landmarks and masajid is provided in good faith and may change; check locally before travelling. To the extent the law allows, Qawex Solutions is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users and brands.
Ending access
We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms, especially for fraud, fake reviews, duplicate listings or repeated unresolved complaints. You can stop using Qareebify at any time and ask us to delete your account.
