Privacy policy
In plain words: we collect only what the directory needs to work, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are
Qareebify is a local listings directory for Bahria Town Phase 7 and Phase 8, Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It is operated by Qawex Solutions. You can reach us at info@qawexsolutions.com or on WhatsApp at +92 370 9244527.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and password. If you tell us your home or work location, we store those coordinates so we can rank places by distance from you. When you place an order, write a review, join a community or save a brand, we keep that activity attached to your account. Brands additionally give us their business details, licence documents and payment proofs for verification.
Why we collect it
We use your information to run the directory: to show you places near you, to pass your orders to the brand you chose, to keep reviews honest by tying them to real orders, and to verify that brands are real businesses. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers.
What brands can see
A brand sees the orders placed with it and the reviews written about it. Brands never see your home or work coordinates. Verification documents and payment proofs are visible only to our admin team, never to other brands or the public.
Cookies and storage
We use a small amount of browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember simple preferences. We do not use third party advertising cookies.
How long we keep data
Account and order records are kept while your account exists so that order history, reviews and dispute records stay meaningful. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details; reviews you wrote may remain, detached from your name, so that brand ratings stay accurate.
Your choices
You can browse most of Qareebify without an account. You can edit or clear your saved locations at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@qawexsolutions.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will note it on this page. The version you are reading applies from the date it was published.
